6 months old

My precious EmmBear is 6 officially 6 months old. It's been an incredible journey full of the highest and highs and the lowest of lows from getting that positive home pregnancy test, through the months of hospital bed rest, finally holding you in my arms for the first time, and even watching you eating your very first foods. And to think the journey has still only just begun. I can't put into words how much you've changed my world for the better.

I love you for now, I love you for always!


He has his 6 month well-baby check-up on Monday, and I'll be sure to post updates on his weight then!

Heather...I was wondering how you were guys last time that I checked your blog things weren't so good at home and you need it some time from here.

I am so happy to see that Emmett has grown so much since...and WOW he is 6 months!

I'm not sure if you remember me...I am Mely from DIM from SK. I lost my baby at 10 weeks...well things has change so much latetly. We were in the process to adopt when I got pregnant. Back in April a month before my baby's due date we got the call that we were match with a baby boy. He was 7 months when he moved in with us. Today he is 14 months and I can't imagine our life withou him. He has bring so much love to me, husband and to our daugther which waited 10 yrs to become a big sister.

Now, when I look back I understand why I had to go through the pain of loosing my baby...so Jayden could have a family. We are not sure but probably they would place him with us if they knew that I was pregnant at the moment.

Anyway, I always remember you from SK you gave me lots of encouragment words...and I stop once in while in here to check on you!
